Thanks for the info i think i see now, on my pc i never have the problem and in looking in my Nortel folder i have the 3 PEP'S listed, my colleague who did have the problem does not.
Am i right in thinking PEP's are like service packs ?

Thanks folks, to be clear then regardless of how i access the Symposium, the character limit is dictated by the version of Symposium not the client? So in theory if i'm hitting the max characters now in FAT then i'll get the same problem in Web ?

Led to belive that using the fat client (VER4.0) we are limited to 30,000 charcters in the master script but if we access via Web Client (ver 4.05) this is 50,000. Anyone advise if this is correct or we on the wrong path.
