    The only way we've found is to use Phone Manager and the computer number pad to send DTMF

    I just checked our 2003 Project Server and the SMTP settings are under "Notifications and Reminders". I'd try putting in the new server address there and see what happens. Cheers Waz

    But I must be still doing something wrong because now the IPO sends the forwarding extension number (501 in the example) as the DTMF tones instead of the DID number. The only difference from the example above (apart from the numbers) is setting DTMFF on ext 216 didn't send any tones through but...

    I've got a similar setup to Don91LX and I'm getting the same result. The IPO sends the hunt group number as the DID instead of the original incoming line number. The system is an IP412 running 2.1(27) Has anyone overcome this problem?
