how do you generate an event o an activeX control in Visual c++? For example in Visual Basic, you would write Winsock.Connect(197.0.0.1,80) to use the connect function in Winsock. Where is Visual C++ download (CCE) version (free)
Does anyone know a link to where i can get the free Visual C++ by Microsoft? VB has the Control Creation edition (CCE) which doesn't compile but has most of the features. I am pretty sure that Visual C++ also has a free version that does not compile but comes with most basic features...- Wazerface
