i used an sql statement in vb:

i have a situation where i need to change to BackColor of a shape in the detail section during the creation of the report. this BackColor will change with every row.
is there an event that fires on each row of the detail ?
how else can i do this ?

i'm kinda new to datareport, but i've also been forced to learn it. from what i understand and what i've so far accomplished:
yes you need to atleast have a dataenvironment as the datasource and atleast 1 command as the datamember of the datareport.
