    Thanks for the info. But I am not sure what you mean. I go into the database as a member of the admin group and change the permissions on the object, but if i restart the program, then I can just change the permissions for the oject (table) back to full. Please clarify what method you are...

    After launching my pivot form in excel, I close it and it freezes the database (by blanking the screen), and it must be closed and restarted. Any ideas as to why this happens? I have never had this happen before.

    How can I create a table that can only be written to with a form, and whose records are permanently locked - nonchangeable even by the admin user? I want to create audit logs using this method.
