    AE7 Installation problem

    Hi all, I'm trying to install AE7 onto a HP Workstation with XP pro SP2, but windows installer doesn't start and the installation fails. Event ID 11708 Has anyone has this problem as this is the 3rd PCs i have tried. Thanks ;O) cheers

    Found a fix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278966 This kinda worked. I did the changes it suggested but it was only after i opened the user mailbox on the server did it allow me in. very weird ;O) cheers

    Yeah, the user appears fine and i can login and use network resources, but it just wont open the mailbox. The only thing in event viewer is the ID 9548 *USER* does not have a master account SID. Please use Active Directory MMC to set an active account as this user's master account. ;O) cheers

    Thanks for the reply Zelandakh. I have tried that. I login in as the user and created a different profile but no joy. The event viewer say it doesn't have an account SID.???? ;O) cheers

    Hi all, When i re-enable a user account i can not open the mailbox. I get "the information store can not be opened" I have reset the password but still no joy. Hope you can help ;O) cheers

    Photoshop printing colours

    Hi all, When printing a photoshop file to a HP colour 5500n the colours are different to the ones within photoshop. When printing the same file from Illustrator the colours match. Are there any colour setting within photoshop which could be coursing this.? Thanks for you help ;O) cheers

    Explorer.exe crashes

    Hi all, When copying, browsing and closing down windows explorer the explorer.exe crashes. To fix this I end the explorer.exe task and re run it. This happens every time I use Windows explorer.. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks in advance for your help.. ;O) cheers

    Hey there, By crashing i mean once i wake up the MAC the mouse and keyboard doens't respond... This is an internitten fault.. This is a fresh build so i don't have any 3rd party screen savers or 3rd party kernals but i will try your 2nd suggestion.. Thanks for you help so far.. ;O) cheers
