Thanks LB, I assume the variable name goes in the groupfield bit, not the actual groupname?
Like this?
sum({@marketing_posters},{@Airport_UK_full})%count({@Airport_UK_full},{@Airport_UK_full})
The report is grouped by {@Airport_UK_full}
The formula for @marketing_posters is:

Thanks - I'm already using a Summary for the count per group, but I can't seem to get percentages to work using this method. Just wondering what I might be doing wrong!
Hi!
Not sure if I'm doing something stupid here (likely) but I have a variable that contains either blank value or 'Yes'.
What I've done is create a Formula from this
if {vw_Crystal_All.bkp_marketing_Posters} <> '' then 1 else 0
Then created a summary (sum) per group so I have a count of...
That's what I was kinda getting at - can you somehow base the figures off Total answering (total tickes) rather than total records? Really this makes it a different level to the other charts that are all based off total records so it might not be possible.

etc
where one record could have ticked Y to all three of these.
The rest of the...

I have a graph that currently displays a percentage for 4 different products twice weekly. Basically I want to also add a total for all data to the right hand side. Would it be possible to show this in the same graph?
Here's the existing one...
OK I finally worked out what was causing this and I now feel like a bit of a chump!
Without thinking I was using the Windows shortcut CTRL+P to print. Looks like Internet Explorer was just printing out the outline of the control rather than recognising the contents.
If you use the print button...
Good question! It's the ActiveX viewer we're using.
When I print preview from the report viewer, it actually previews the same blank page (except for borders & URL):

When I export to PDF etc that works fine - everything is exported OK...
Has anyone ever had any problems printing reports using the Crystal Report Viewer (viewing a published report through Enterprise with the web-installed reports viewer).
Basically it prints the page header, footer and inside that a grey outline box almost an inch in from the edge of the paper...
