Hi we have an 7133-D40 on one host using two adapters. There is one loop on this drawer. We need to add another drawer. What is the recommend config for one host using two drawers and two adapters and keep one loop? I'd like one loop for hot sparing. Thnks!

Hi, I have NIM setup but never have used it for an upgrade. I want to try to upgrade a client from 5300-05 to 5300-06. I have all the lpp sources and SPOTs and am planning to use the alt_disk_install method. Would I do the upgrade using smit nim_bosinst and the rte installation type? Thx!!

Hi, I just did a migration upgrade from 5.2 to 5.3 ML4 on an lpar on a p650. No problems with the upgrade but now Dynamic Logical Partitioning is not an option on the lpar. lssyscgf show DLAR is NO on the hmc. How can I fix this? tia
