Already replaced the power supply but it did not do the trick. I actually spent some time on the phone with Nortel and they suggested that although there may be a way to reset the system via a telnet session...they would prefer that someone be on site to first attempt a reboot through the phone...
Good news...I am able to telnet into the Callpilot but now it is asking me for the login and password. Does anyone know what this is by default.

I had my vendor connect to the CallPliot via Hyperterminal and it looks like it starts to initialize then stops. Are there any commands that can be typed in to force the initialization?
