    We tried the export function but that only produced a report in results not the report formate. We both have the copies of the same database tables and queries that the report is based on we wanted to save the time of recreating the report.

    Yes, I think a flag on the retired truck would work. The truck records do have a retirement date available. Would this require storing the last miles driven number or could I just have the program go back one month until a positive result is obtained?
