I beilieve it's already there but putting out the wrong number. Right now it only displays the are code when I call out from my Option 11C? Where is this changed, this is for an outgoing PRI..

How are the ports read on an Option 11c? I know the first cabinet is 0-9 right? I'm use to the Option 81 with loop, shelf, card and port

the cadence had been set in the rdb but it doesn't match what was in place before. I was wondering what if anyone might know what the defualt was on the old and what might match in the new...

I just had my Option 21C upgraded to an Opt. 11C with Succession 4.0, apparently the ringing cadence for incoming vs. internal calls was not looked at before the 21c was taken out of commision. How is the cadende changed? And any suggestion as to what the default from the old was to the new?

When on a call (primary dn) and a second call comes in, is there a way to get rid of that tone signifying another call? I thought of trying SCN but wanted to know if there was anything else maybe in CLS? There are a couple of people that don't want it becasue when on a conference call it...

anyone know how to fix a problem where when in webmail can't forward an e-mail because the second screen will not open? i tried deactivating the internet security and pop up blocker but this did not work either? i have Internet security 2005
