    So I have a phantom dn 1234 and a mailbox of 1234, in mermail for 1234 I set the primary dn to be 2345 however it does not do the mailbox for 1234. I did add 2345 on my phone also (2616). When you say set the message waiting dn, do you do that in mermail where it says primary dn?

    I am logged in as sysadmin and that option is greyed out. If I look at the other 3 classes they are either set to non and I do not have the option of changing it anywhere. I just assumed I would have access to this as a sysadmin login.
