I have a program that must be run when the server is started, but I am unsure of how to set it up to run as a Service. I know this is possible to do because I have seen it mentioned on a forum before, But I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help please?

You could tell your Terminal Services CLient Setup that your user has automatic drive mapping capability. Then when you view the drives using explorer, you will see the clietns drive.

I've had problems with this in the past and have either had to swap out the T sets for M sets, or swap out the ICS for the earlier DR5.1 systems. Unfortunately Nortel keeps saying they will fix the problem, but as usual never seem to get to it.

Since Nortel makes systems for the European market, I would guess that there is a European software that would allow the use of the European Ring Tone to be heard by the caller. Failing that, you may require a third party box to accomplish the task.

I have experienced this very same problem. It would seem that some customers have very good hearing. Nortel has stated that they are aware of the problem and have determined that it is located on the Trunk Cards. They have promised a fix, ...someday...:(
