Sorry, that was a dumb question. It shouldn't be the NIC because the computer can still see the rest of the network and also has internet access. It just can't be reached from the outside anymore.

I was having the same problem about a week ago. Set your initial to 4000 and your max to 6000 and see if that works. I have no idea why it is like that, but it worked for me.
