Hi, I'm trying to export a table to excel.. there is about 45,000 records. when I do this, I get a message that 'records are deleted', and when I go to open up the excel file, there is nothing there (but the tab on the bottom is the right file name). Help!

Sorry it took so long to reply. What I do currently in Access is basically print out (on demand) reports based on days. I use queries to single out a day, for instance. Also, I use queries to find all records in category X, or sum all numbers within category X.
