Dear , Please change the following for ext 2068 : CLS FNA CFTA HTA SFA EFD 7000 (deviation in case of no answerfor external calls) EHT 7000 (deviation in case of busy with an external call) Once you've changed this ; calls will go to VM if ext 2068 doesn't answer or is busy- vancauter
