OK thats what I thought... It's a shame to waste a door box which will never be used just to have DOC capability. I guess I'll mount it in the Telco closet.

1) Can a DOC be installed without a door box? Customer does not need intercom or ring from door. 2) When customer activates DND button his calls are forwarded to the operators ext. Is there a way to forward calls to any other ext that he chooses?
