Turns out that our problem with the switch-overs was NTP related. Turning off NTP seems to have fixed the problem.

We have implemented 3.3.3 code and are having some problems with cpu switchovers on several switches when commands like, "show config" or "save config" are performed. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
