Just answered my own question:
The Client PC's need to be able to synchronise their time with the Delta Server.
1. From the Start button selecPrograms | Administrative Tools | Local Security Policy.
2. Under the Local Policies select User Rights Assignment.
3. Right mouse click on Change the...
I also am having this trouble, and yes indeed I believe that Power User membership does fix it.
However, does anyone have any idea which files/reg keys specifically need to have their permissions altered? In our new network, we will not be allowed to have users in the Power Users group.
