You will have no problem using Dameware to remote control your Distributed Sniffers. Uninstalling the RD32 Agent on the Distributed Sniffer would be prudent, but is not necessary.
RD32 is ok, but I have damewae to be more robust.

You would need to have a Distributed Sniffer Agent physically attached to that remote subnet with the Sniffer console software on your desktop. Or you need to be there with a portable Sniffer.
