Yes, that part is good. I just found another MCA and it's LED flashes and the program 63 works. It is looking like I may have bad phones. Do you know what the jumpers at P1 are for? Thank you

I am trying to install a MCA adapter on a 2616. The red LED on the adapter does not light. The 2616 is an aries II dated 2/28/1998. Should the led come when I plug the phone in? I have tried with an without a power supply. When I try to access program key then 63 nothing happens. Any info...

I found the bin file and have it loaded on a linear flash card. When you say loaded to an R6 and then applied to the voicemail, is there a separate step after the R6 stops flashing red - green to apply the patch to the voicemail?
