    Print to file

    Simply put, when you are about to print a dialog box appears right? This is where you can set # of copies, page ranges, etc. There is usually always a checkmark box where it says "Print to file". I'm guessing that was your question.

    For one, do the 2 users that have email have internet e-mail accounts or do they have exchange accounts that you or someone else made? Secondly, someone could be spoofing their email to make it look like his. Thats not very hard if a person knows what their doing.
