On a Window 2000 Server, I need to give rights to a group so they can add a Folder on the shared drive, and rename it, but they cannot delete it. Everytime I go into the Advanced portions to take off the Delete portion of the group with Modify positions, it removes Modify and they can't rename...

45 is not bad for running across state lines on our WAN. Both systems are at SP4 with all critical updates applied. I'll try some of those solutions on the links and see what I come up with. Thanks for the posts.
