Thank you everybody, we fixed the problem by disconnecting the main power source for about 30 seconds and it cleared the telephone lines. Apparently our lines were stuck in a conference mode.
Now all 4 outside lines are jammed! All 4 lines read "Line in use" when the button is pressed, so now I cannot get an outside line or dial tone. I can get a dial tone if I press one of the two intercom buttoms, but when I try to dial out I get a message stating "No free lines" and a busy signal...
Thanks bigcat919 for your response. I know which lines are stuck by using the *0 feature, however, I have no idea how to "dis-enable the whole T1 circuit, then re-anable it." All I have access to is a telephone and a wall jack! Any other solutions?
I unplugged the telephone overnight and when I arrived to work this morning, the lines are still locked, jammed, frozen! I tried again today (unplug the phone cord from the jack) and nothing. I don't have a "power" plug, just the telephone cord.
