Is there any way to limit the number of listeners in the group with a group listen?

I guess what I'm trying to ask is, if there is a way for multiple people on the network to listen in on a call simultaneously. Not so much as connecting two outside calls as in a three-way call.

I have set up a couple of new phones but have noticed that the DID's are not working on these new phones. I checked the settings of the phones with the working DID's and see no difference in the settings. Can anyone tell me what to check or do to get these lines to recieve direct inward dialing...
