We have Local Link lines and would like to do an external transfer. (On a Norstar system we could do this using one of our telephone lines and using the 'Link' feature.) How do we do this using a 1416 telephone on the IP Office Essential Edition? Thank you for your assistance! Uraby

Thank you Gunnar. This is very helpful. I don't know why I was thinking that we needed the Professional Edition to do this for 4 phones. For some reason I thought it was 2 max using the Essential.

I have an IP Office Rls 9, using the embedded voicemail. Have recorded continuous loop greeting for 3 mailboxes. Worked fine but now it doesn't loop. Definitely using the option for continuous loop. Does the length of the greeting affect the continuous play? Is there a problem with this feature...
