Can't change home page in IE
Internet Explorer will not let me change my home page, and this is after several attempts. I use a local html file as my home page; when I attempt to change it to another local page, the change does not take. I change the page in Internet Options, click Apply and OK, immediately reopen Internet...- untergeek
