I tried "goto -> tools -> recover deleted items within outlook", but I cannot see option to recover deleted items.

I was thinking to do it that way, but the emails will not remain current, plus it copying emails over causes duplications. Other email clients have the ability to share specific mailbox folders.
Recently had Windows 2003 installed after having Novell for the past 5 years.
We currently have a dos based database, and need to print large reports to dot matric printers.
Up until now we have been able to print these reports successfully until new op sys.

We only have outlook 2003 running on client machines. Would there be a default template I can change? If so how do I deploy? (if necessary)

Is there a way to disable auto archive message to appear on client machines, from the Exchage Server? I do not fancy manually removing this from everyone's pc.

one more thing, is it possible to produce a copy of any emails sent out from a user into a department managers inbox? Again would have to be configured on the server side.
