Not quite sure what you mean by "If you have deleted item retension on your exchange server" I tried "goto -> tools -> recover deleted items within outlook", but I cannot see option to recover deleted items. Please help

I was thinking to do it that way, but the emails will not remain current, plus it copying emails over causes duplications. Other email clients have the ability to share specific mailbox folders.

Hi guys Is there a way to disable auto archive message to appear on client machines, from the Exchage Server? I do not fancy manually removing this from everyone's pc.

Thanks guys... one more thing, is it possible to produce a copy of any emails sent out from a user into a department managers inbox? Again would have to be configured on the server side.
