We are about to change from exchange pop 3 to having our domain server company point our MX A records to our router.
However, they do not seem to know for sure what happens to my email on their server should my router/dsl service be down.
Sometimes they say it gets bounced, sometimes they say...
Does anyone know a clean method to control the number of users in a network application?
We do NOT want to track this in a log file unless there is a way to self clean the log if some crashes out of the program without logging off.

When we put a .gif or .bmp file onto a full screen (800 x 600) VFP 5 or 6 form, we get the picture repeated many times on the screen. Is there a way to get just one copy of the picture?

But...Larry cannot logon from HIS PC...but can log on from someone else's PC.
I did find one thing. If I replace the NIC or remove and reinsert the NIC in software and the PC, that seems to fix the problem...at least temporarily.
Hi all . . . I have a weird problem.
Server is NT 4.0 with SP6.
Two 10/100 hubs daisy chained together.
20 work stations.
5 work stations have shared drives.
MOST people can log into the network.
Some cannot log in at all.
From the same work station some can log in under a different name...
We are running VPN on our NT 4.0 server.
SP6 has been reapplied.
From our Windows 2000 work stations, we dial into our ISP via modem and then to the VPN.
We connect okay, but cannot map any drives.
