    losing MX records

We are about to change from exchange pop 3 to having our domain server company point our MX A records to our router. However, they do not seem to know for sure what happens to my email on their server should my router/dsl service be down. Sometimes they say it gets bounced, sometimes they say...

    limiting the number of users

Does anyone know a clean method to control the number of users in a network application? We do NOT want to track this in a log file unless there is a way to self clean the log if some crashes out of the program without logging off. Thanks, OTG Glenn Abelson ACI Computer Systems For Business

    Including a gif or bmp

When we put a .gif or .bmp file onto a full screen (800 x 600) VFP 5 or 6 form, we get the picture repeated many times on the screen. Is there a way to get just one copy of the picture? Thanks, OTG Glenn Abelson ACI Computer Systems For Business

    totally whack out logon problems

Replies: Paul - That IS the error message. PPTP is on the LAN because there are no other PCs to use. I am open to being educated, however. I gather you feel the problems are WS related, not Server related? This is helping. Glenn

    totally whack out logon problems

Thanks... But...Larry cannot logon from HIS PC...but can log on from someone else's PC. I did find one thing. If I replace the NIC or remove and reinsert the NIC in software and the PC, that seems to fix the problem...at least temporarily.
