I think what Crowtalks is asking, is there any other way of grabbing SMDR other than from a CLI2. Are there any compatible devices as CLI2's are rarer than hens teeth?

Hi Chiden, The BCM400 has only 4 slots and you haven't said whether it has an expansion unit so tell us what is actually installed in to the unit and which bus they are configured to.

As I understand it to use the BIT imaging tool you need a code from Avaya. I am trying to bypass this system and image several harddrives.

Why are you using Ring groups? you can use auto-attendand with a CCR tree and the AA timers to offer a different CCR from the daytime one.

Hi All I am trying to image a new drive with a 4.0 GA set of imaging disks. I have Ghost 15 and I kind of know that I need this command ghost -clone,MODE=load,SRC=R:\40GA_BIT.GHO,DST=1,SZEE -ntchkdsk -sure -auto but I do not know how to use it. Has anyone got any ideas.

Hi, Someone has given me an imaged hard drive but unfortunately there are no drive letters and the first partition is ext2 and all the rest are ext3. I thought that if I patition and label a new drive then all I have to do is copy the partition by size onto the new drive.

The normal setup for UK would be to put your PRI on Bus 7, dipswitches 4 and 6 off this starts your lines at the lowest number. Check that the bus is set as trunk in Resources. For your DSM32, the 3.6 has single density Busses so you need to use 2 busses to make a 32 work. Use Bus 2 and 3 to get...
