    I tried windows search, but it didn't find any new hardware. What do you mean by "a power cycle", you mean restart the computer? I already did that, but didn't help. My OS is Windows XP, and it's an expansion card, I will try to find the right driver and give it a try. Thanks for all your help!

    I got a problem with my USB memory key, it shows free space is over 90MB, but when I tried to save 29kb Word doc., it says the destination disk is full. I am wondering if memory key can be formatted, like when we have problem with the hard drive? And how to do it? Any help is much appreciated!

    Thank you for your help! I thought the recently computers can recharge the CMOS battery when it turned on. This booting failures do happen when the computer hasn't been used for a short period. Is this the reason? Thanks!
