    411 Calls

We want to block 411 calls too, but our switch is set up to dial "9" first. Any suggestions besides dropping "9" from the dial plan? Is there a way to see all the calls a user has made?

Delay before Long Distance Acounting Code

We need to punch in a three digit accounting code when we make long distance calls. There is about a three second delay before the first digit is accepted. Is there a system setting that I can change to shorten this delay.
