    yeah i tried right clicking on the start button but that doesn't seem to work, everything checked out ok. As far as the policies are concerned i havent changed anything and it is something that recently started to happen. but i guess that is the only stone unturned.

    server is working fine as far as i can tell, the only problem is that the start button stays pressed down but none of the menu does not pull up. It has really been bothering me any help will be appreciated

    Thank you for your reply. The IP addresses are used on the network. With the IP address the network works but can not get on the internet.

    Workstations cannot access the internet using IP address. I have to go and set the each computer to automatically recieve IP address. This has not always been the case. It only started to happen once the dsl went down.
