Voicemail not illuminating ????
Thanks for the response back. What I did with the mailbox that would not stop lighting even though its got no message in it. I left it a message then retrieved it and the light just went away. Weird. For the VM that wont illuminate when they get a message the main DN is and has the MARP marked...- Tye

Voicemail not illuminating ????
Hello I have an Octel Aria running with a Nortel Option 11C. One of my users when he gets a message the light is not turning on to tell him that he has a message. Then there is another user that has no voicemail his light is illuminating and wont turn off. Does anyone know how I can fix the one...- Tye
