Somewhat confused. Are you trying to transfer an incoming call back out to an outside line..could conference the caller and add outside person….they will drop off after they hang up

The carrier you are using can set up a trace call on your service and see what digits are going out. Have to set up a trouble ticket and make a test call while there overlooking the call. Would be my next step

U can google Panasonic TVA 50 and pull up installer manual. There are switches on side of VM that can be flipped. Turn off before and back on VM. Need laptop with terminal on it and serial cable to program

Voicemail sents that info to the PBX.. If you see no issues with transferring calls to ext within the PBX than I would expect the voicemail. You can turn off voicemail and restart to see if that helps or unfortunately replace the voicemail. Good thing there pretty cheap on the used market...
