On a MICS w/PRI, I suspect a faulty Combo Card and would like to change it out by using a services card and a 6 port expansion card. Will I lose any programming?

That's a good idea but still not sure if the power would be a problem or not. You may have to run it by Nortel. (Going to call them Nortel for as long as I can)

I agree with what you say but the customer had a choice of 850.00 thru Qwest or 540.00 thru WCI. (They have loop start trunks now and would be changing to PRI.)
We have to maintain the circuit and "consider all the points" you have made.

I have a customer that is in an area with only two providers, one being Telco and another company that is about 400.00 a month less. This of course, is the company that the business wants to go with. This is all fine except that they claim that they can send "only 7 digits" instead of the 4 that...
To roll C.O. cards in a trunk module for testing, can you hot swap or is it best to simply "disable" the module first?
Also, could you just power down the trunk module?
For some reason I have had Norstars "default" lately.
The GD mailbox was the first thing we looked at, we also rebooted the system. All operation, greetings, CCR tree and mailboxes at this point, work normal. Also read the other post on "disk full" last week and it seems my only recourse is to re-install the NAM.
