HP 2600 Injet only printing colored bars
No matter what program I print from.... the only thing that appears on the paper are colored bars all the way down the paper. The colors are light pink, light green with 3 small black smudges on the right side of the paper. Nothing prints on the paper when I do an alignment and clean print head...- tworider

Asking for Passport - but I don't have it??
I sent a Quark 4.0 file to a printer to have my clients business card printed. The printer cannot open my file...they get an error saying..."need Quark Passport" to open file. But...I never created the file in Passport - I created it in the regular version 4.0. Why is the printer getting the...- tworider
