I was able to get the 0 to work by changing the NCFW to an extension. Now my problem is if the calling user doesn't hit any key when dialing into the main number it goes to a message that I don't know what it is.

I am having this same exact issue. I tried to set the PRI card to a tie line but got SCH0520 error.

I have a few E&M ports from a Cisco router hooked to a Nortel switch. My IP phones off the Cisco router can make calls, receive calls, etc.

We have a phone switch that is starting to integrate with a Cisco VOIP system that is connectected through TIE lines.
So if I have an Extension 2100, how do I tell whether that goes over the TIE, stays internal to the Nortel, etc.
