Query question on mixed data (alpha & numeric)
Monty, If the fields are in a table, you could just change the data type to number and when you try to open the table in datasheet view, Access will delete the non-numeric fields. You may be left with blank records, but all you would have to do then is remove the blank rows and you're in business.- tvpcman
