What jon said in my opinion should work. If you set up the print properties from the control panel, then it will be set as default. However if you set them up from a program like word or paint shop pro.. those settings will only apply to that document. Hope that helps

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from www.toshiba.com?

You should try checking you existing RAM chip. There might be a sticker on it stating its specs. You can also make sure with the sales person that sells you the RAM that it is PC100/PC133 compatible.

Windows XP does a lot of funny things. Have you tried applying the latest service pack?

Try using pkzipfix.exe on it. The situation looks bleak though... not much you can do to fix a corrupt archive.

325 MB is quite a large package. I suggest that you use couriered delivery for such packages.

Did you put the whole command line including the switches in quotes? ie. "c:\progra~1\Busine~1\Setup5~1.0\setup.exe -silent -skip -remove" If you dont use quotes... sms might not include all your switches in the one command line.

Telling ppl to email you directly is being selfish. Don't you want others who are sharing the same problem to find possible solutions too?

Have you setup the client to automatically check for new advertised programs every so often? I think it can range from 15 mins to 24 hours.

It shouldnt take that long to run the advertised program. When priority is set to high and the schedule is ASAP, then it usually takes 15 mins to run. Maybe you should try to schedule the exact time that it runs.

What you can do is:- Zip the files into an archive and create into a self extracting executable. Then package it with sms.
