I read something in the College Linux web page, about installing linux first, and then windows because windows overwrites the MBR and detects the prescence of the other operating system and gives you a boot option. but wait, that was for win 2k/xp. WIN2K $IPC password
From John H. I also have a Win Me/98 OS with 2 win 2k machines. They all show up in network neighborhood as move around the office. but you cant access them because of the same problem you describe,,,,did you get any answers? I was able to share flawlessy under XP-Pro but it wasnt licensed.- tumblweed
