Genomon, >Runtime doesn't support that functionality. Install the full version of Access on the client PC. Thanks for the advice, but since I'm not willing to spend the money to upgrade my version in order to save a report as text, I'm doubtful the clients will, either. But I do have another...- ttfitz

I have an application developed in Access 2000, to be distributed as an MDE. For those folks without Access, they install the free Access 2007 runtime. For the most part, this seems to be working well. However, when viewing a report in Preview mode, if you right-click and select the "Export"...- ttfitz
