I have checked the drivers on their system, as well as mine and they are the up todate drivers for that printer. I am going to try to set duplex on all worksheets and see how that goes sometime this afternoon after I go get some lunch. I will let you guys know if that works.

I have a customer who is trying to print a workbook in duplex mode to our printer. I have checked all the settings, they appear correct, however it will not print in duplex mode?
Any thoughts?
