    you actually have to plug the two printers into com 3 and com 4 of master terminal and reconfigure aloha manager to look for these printers from the master terminal com 3 and com 4 respectively or whatever comport is not used. hope this helps.

Do you have a button for "Sauce" and you press it how many times the guest needs or do you have a modifier after that that asks how many is needed.     Okay, this might sound goofy but can you try and swap the power supply with a known good one. I have had this issue multiple times, the card swipper will just quit , no error message just stopped working. I replaced power supply out of desperation and it fixed the issue, no clue why it worked...
