Hi, I am replacing a TN2302ap MedPro with a TN2602ap MedPro. I presently have two TN2302's now and will be replacing just one with the TN2602, will keep the other. Can I just swap boards in the gateway or do I need to do something else? Please advise. CM 5.1 650mg. Thank you, BT

Hi, Only one 8710 5.1, the switch number and community ID is 1, which is correct. I can turn on/off the lamp with LWC, so I know the lamp works. Thanks, BT

Hi, Yes and Yes. I have compaired it to others that are working. Disp -activity-log show a message. Check the MAC address ranges. Clear awm all and audix, deleted everything rebuild it all. The only thing I have not done is reboot audix. Thanks, BT

Hi, I recently added four extensions. When they are left a message in audix the lamp does not light on the phone and when station is statused is also does not indecate a message. Although they have a meessage. I have tried Clear AMW commad and rebuilt all of the stations and voice mail...

Hi, I want to remove a G650 Media Gateway from my system, (8710 v5.1). How do I do this? The GW has only one board in it, a Medpro Tn2302AP. I only want to remove 01C....01A and 01B stay. Thank you for any ideas / help. thanks, BT
