    creating drop down menu on mouse over on text or graphic

    I have seen several sites that when you mouse over a menu graphic or text, a drop down menu appears with the actual choices in that category. I really want to do this on a website, but I sure can't figure out how to in Front Page. I've searched the help section without success.
