    Shutdown problem in windowsXP

    After Installing Norton GoBack that came with Norton System Works 2004 my XP hangs when shutting down. I can't see paying Symantec another $30 just to get this answer. I believe it is a problem with the pagefile, but am not sure. Thanks for your inputs in advance.
