Access to Word...but can Word go to Access
I believe with the text import you can skip certain fields. You can also do this with an Excel import. If the capability is there it will be an option on one of the import screens.- triggerfish

Access to Word...but can Word go to Access
Yes, it's possible if you save the file as a text file in Word. Then you can import the text file into Access. It works great! I use it all of the time.- triggerfish
