I'm fairly new to meridian programming and always get confused between 2216, 2616 & 3820 programming ie some of the phones have key 1 and some don't!
Does anyone have a document showing the different key layouts for each phone type?

Im trying to setup a facility that will allow customers to enter an agent login id & then be transferred to the agent.
If the agent isn't available I want the call to be routed to a coverage path.
I've setup a coverage path on the agent but when i make a call the agents phone just rings...

We have a secretary that is trying to setup a conf bridge for her manager.
She is dialling the conference bridge number, entering the bridge details and then trying to transfer this to her manager. For some reason it won't let her transfer the call.

Can anyone tell me what the programmable button is used to capture instances of audio difficulty on a 4620.
There is a trunk group exception report on cms which can be used to report on "audio difficulty", I just need to know what the button is to program on each phone.
