Windows SBS 2008, 1GB Network, 5 Users - VERY SLOW!

Do you have any way to check interface speed/duplex on the switch? Make sure nothing is autonegotiating to half duplex.

What does the "6" in GigabitEthernet1/0/1 6 down stand for?

That is probably supposed to read GigabitEthernet1/0/16. So it would be port 16 of the switch.

VLANs wont talk to the DHCP server

What does your topology look like? Does your VLAN interfaces reside on a layer 3 switch or on a router?

    MPLS Configuration

Your default route on both side will be AT&T's routers. Using BGP? You'll need to inject your local routes into the MPLS cloud.

    injecting eigrp into isp mpls

EIGRP is not transported over MPLS. If you want your spoke locations to "see" EIGRP from the hub, you'll need to set up some kind of tunnel between the sites so EIGRP traffic can be exchanged.

Virtual Center and ESX Connect issue

Check your log files. If they are full, the service will stop.

Microwave oven causing problems with my wireless nertwork?

Or purchase a shielded microwave, but they're very expensive. Do you have 2.4 Ghz cordless phones? Those can cause signal problems.

    3Com Outdoor Bridge 3CRWEASYG73-US

I think your best bet would be the Motorola Canopy solution or even the new Cisco 11n bridges. They both run power over ethernet. You can use outdoor cat5 cable.

Proxim works well. Motorola Canopy units work well also. We have both solutions running, although the Proxim gear is rebranded Western Multiplex. Check out Tessco's website. They have many different brands of wireless gear for different needs.

    Intrusion Prevention System

We use Tippingpoint. They work quite well and are very tweakable.

    interface range command

Hi.. I was just wondering if you were power over ethernet to power your IP phones or if you were using the power adapters. Just curious if POE is causing the MAC address to not show up.

    interface range command

Quick question.. Are you using POE for your phones?

    interface range command

No, I sure haven't. We have IP phones, but they're not plugged into a 4500G. Sorry!
